Hi, I’m Lydia!

I’m an Orton-Gliingham certified speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping children build strong foundations in reading, spelling, and language while celebrating every step of their journey and helping them discover what they are capable of.

I bring eight years of experience working as a speech-language pathologist, supporting children with a wide range of speech, language and literacy needs.

I hold certification in Orton-Giillingham, Reading Simplified, and I am currently completing my Evidence Based Literacy Instruction (EBLI) certification. This specialized training allows me to provide structured, evidence-based literacy intervention while also addressing speech, language, and literacy goals within the same session when appropriate, providing comprehensive, individualized support for each child.

I believe meaningful progress begins with strong relationships, where every learner feels seen and celebrated. Every learner has unique strengths, and I strive to create sessions that are engaging, encouraging and individualized.

My goal is not only to build communication and literacy skills, but also to help children develop confidence, self-trust, and a love of learning.

I look forward to partnering with families to support their child’s growth and celebrate their successes every step of the way.
